
ABOUT Railway square
Railway Square is constructed as two separate blocks. The Station House (Block A) part of the development provides a mix of office and retail space with residential apartments on the third and fourth floor levels.




The larger part of the development is within the interconnected Blocks B & D and typically provides retail accommodation on
the ground floor with four floors of separately owned residential apartments overhead.
Block D contains an eight screen cinema over three levels incorporating a Costa Coffee on part of the ground floor.




The remainder of the block comprises of a retail unit which is let to TK Maxx. A single level basement car park provides for 175 spaces. The basement car park is accessed from Poleberry Link Road and is operated by iPairc.
